This repeatable lifestyle series follows Jonathan Lloy as he builds modular homes and delivers them to remote regions in North America.

Each episode is a high stakes adventure that blends design, construction, and “big job” logistics.

We’ll follow Jonathan and his team as they modify one of their modular prefab homes for a new breathtaking wilderness location, and a daring client. Young, old, couples, families, or single, the clientele come from all walks of life – but they’re all united by two things: a passion for design and a desire to experience nature up close.

We’ll watch as Jonathan and his scrappy team build stunning modular homes inside their oceanside warehouse. Then we follow along as they embark on a rough and unpredictable journey to deliver these modern homes to some of North America’s wildest locations. On-site, we see Jonathan scramble to install the house in a previously untamed patch of land, leaving behind a happy customer and a brand-new home nestled among the rugged landscape.

Along the way we’ll get a window into Jonathan’s world, meeting the diverse and larger-than-life characters who work alongside him, including his wife and business partner, Caralee. Together they must navigate the never-ending challenge of balancing work with home life as they raise their two teenaged kids.

It’s a deeply satisfying journey that will leave audiences reimagining the idea of home.
