This moving and inspiring observational series follows six patients as they embark on a journey to beat their out-of-control obesity in hope to qualify for the life-saving surgery.
The patients in the Big Ward are forced to change their eating habits and start exercising, but will they have the strength and the determination to reach their goal weight and get the surgery they so desperately need?
