Martin Compston Living Las Vegas

The tourist hotspot Las Vegas is renowned worldwide for its vibrant nightlife, shimmering lights, and iconic strip. Yet, behind the glitz and glamour lies a city that’s also home to over 2 million people and surprisingly, for part of the year, one of those people is Scottish actor Martin Compston.

As a part-time resident Martin has never quite accepted Vegas as home even though his wife Tianna is a local and they now have a son growing up in the city. So, after 10 years, Martin sets out to explore, discover and better understand the people and places that make up this home away from home. Guided by an array of inhabitants, he dives into the iconic, the local, and the entertainment of Las Vegas life.

His journey will ultimately prove momentous as he uncovers the heart and soul of Las Vegas, realising that beyond the glitz, the city is a vibrant community that blends tradition, innovation, and a deep love for entertainment. A place that he finally recognises and proudly calls home.
