World Screen: Sunny Side of the Doc Unveils New Advisory Board
Sunny Side of the Doc has unveiled the eight members of its first advisory board since Aurélie Reman took the helm as managing director.
The new board members are France Télévisions’ Caroline Behar, Bachibouzouk’s Laurent Duret, BossaNova’s Paul Heaney, independent consultant Elvira Lind, Media Pros Africa’s Wangeci Mūrage, Getty Images’ Emmanuel Prosnier, WaterBear Network’s Ellen Windemuth and Federation Studios’ Myriam Weil.
Behar is the head of international co-productions and acquisitions at France Télévisions; Duret serves as producer and founder of Bachibouzouk; Heaney is the CEO of BossaNova; Lind is an independent consultant; Mūnrage serves as CEO of Media Pros Africa; Prosnier is business development manager for the broadcast department of Getty Images; Windemuth is chairwoman of WaterBear Network; and Weil serves as head of documentary at Federation Studios.
The advisory board will play a key role in shaping the programming of Sunny Side of the Doc, enriching discussions and ensuring that the marketplace continues to grow sustainably.
The 2025 edition of Sunny Side of the Doc is set to take place in La Rochelle from June 23 to 26.
